Cuando un hacker terrícola intenta entrar acceder a DEVA su Consejo Central envía a la agente Angela Balzac para que investigue el suceso. La Tierra se ha convertido en una ruina a la que llaman Nano Hazard, donde la mayoría de los humanos han abandonado toda esperanza en el planeta y han decidido vivir como datos en un mundo digital llamado DIVA. En el año 2400 y DIVA sufre un ataque de ciberterrorismo desde la Tierra proveniente de un hacker. Es entonces cuando llega la agente de policía Angela Balzac, una humana en un cuerpo sintético, la cual tendrá que viajar a la desolada Tierra para investigar el suceso.
